1. Introduction

These terms and conditions govern your use of the ElectraMart website and the purchase of electronics & appliances from us.

2. Ordering & Availability

All orders are subject to availability. We reserve the right to cancel any order if a product is out of stock or if there are errors in pricing.

3. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown in LKR and include applicable taxes. Payment must be made in full before orders are dispatched, unless you have an approved B2B credit account with us.

4. Warranty

All appliances and electronics sold by ElectraMart are covered by full manufacturer-backed warranty. The warranty period for each product is shown on the product page; your ElectraMart tax invoice serves as the warranty card. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs, or use outside the rated voltage / spec.

5. Returns & Refunds

Please refer to our Returns Policy for detailed information. Unopened items can be returned within 7 days of delivery; dead-on-arrival (DOA) appliances must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use or installation of products purchased from ElectraMart.
