Orders & Delivery
Do you deliver island-wide?

Yes — we ship to all 25 districts across Sri Lanka. Delivery is FREE on orders above LKR 5,000. Standard delivery takes 2-5 business days, with same-day dispatch from Colombo on orders placed before 2 PM (Mon-Sat).
How are large appliances (fridges, washing machines, TVs) delivered?

White-goods are dispatched via our partnered logistics couriers with two-man delivery. We will call you on the morning of delivery to confirm a 2-hour window. Stair-carry and installation can be added at checkout for an extra fee in selected districts.
Can I track my order?

Absolutely. As soon as we hand your parcel to the courier, we email and WhatsApp you a tracking number. You can also see live status under My Orders in your account.
Warranty & Authenticity
Are the products genuine?

Every product we sell — Samsung, LG, Philips, Sony, Xiaomi, Anker, Arduino, Raspberry Pi and the rest — is sourced directly from authorised distributors or the official Sri Lanka agent. No grey imports, no refurbished units sold as new.
What about warranty?

All appliances and electronics come with full manufacturer-backed warranty. The warranty period (typically 12-24 months for appliances, 6-12 months for accessories) is shown on each product page. Your tax invoice from ElectraMart is your warranty card.
Are Arduino, Raspberry Pi and ESP32 boards authentic?

Yes — we stock genuine Arduino-branded boards and official Raspberry Pi units (alongside clearly labelled compatible clones for budget projects). Look for the “Authentic” badge on the product page.
Voltage & Compatibility
Will the appliance work on Sri Lanka mains?

Every appliance we list is rated for Sri Lanka’s 220-240V / 50Hz mains and ships with the correct Type D / Type G plug or adapter. If a product needs a step-down transformer (rare imports), it is clearly flagged on the product page.
Do you sell components that work with my existing setup?

Use the voltage & spec compatibility section on each product page — we list input voltage, current, connector type and dimensions. Still unsure? WhatsApp us the model of your existing device and we will confirm before you order.
Bulk & Wholesale Pricing
Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes — most SKUs have transparent tier pricing that kicks in automatically at the cart: typically 5+ units gets a 3-5% discount, 20+ units 8-10%, and 50+ units negotiated. The tier table is shown on every product page.
Can I open a B2B / wholesale account?

If you run a shop, school, hostel or installation business, request a B2B account through our Contact page. Approved partners get custom quotes, NET-30 credit terms (after the first paid order) and a dedicated account manager.
Can I get a formal quotation before ordering?

Yes — add items to your cart, then click “Request a Quote” instead of Checkout. We will email a signed PDF quotation, usually within 4 working hours.
Payment
What payment methods do you accept?

Cash on Delivery (COD), direct bank transfer (Commercial Bank), and card payments via PayHere (Visa / Mastercard / Amex / online banking).
Is there a limit for Cash on Delivery?

COD is available for orders up to LKR 100,000. For higher-value orders (large TVs, multi-unit appliance orders, B2B), please use bank transfer or card.
How does bank transfer work?

Place the order, transfer the total to the bank account shown on the confirmation page using your order number as the reference, and upload the deposit slip (photo or PDF). Once we verify the deposit, your order moves from "payment verification" to "placed" and we begin processing it.
Returns
Can I return an item?

Yes — you have 7 days from delivery to request a return on unopened, unused items in their original packaging. For DOA (dead-on-arrival) appliances, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange a free replacement.
Who pays for return shipping?

If the return is because of a defect, wrong item shipped or damage in transit, we cover return shipping. Change-of-mind returns are at the customer’s cost.
