Returns & Refunds Policy
1. Standard Returns (Change of Mind)
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return on unopened, unused items in their original, sealed packaging. Please note that return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are the responsibility of the customer. A restocking fee of 5% may apply.
2. Dead-on-Arrival (DOA) & Defective Items
If your appliance or electronic device arrives completely dead or has a manufacturing defect right out of the box, you must report it to us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a free pickup and provide a prompt replacement at no additional cost to you.
3. Warranty Claims
For issues arising after the initial 48-hour DOA period but within the manufacturer's warranty period, please contact the respective authorized service center directly. Your ElectraMart tax invoice serves as your official warranty card. If you need help finding the nearest service center, our customer support team is happy to assist.
4. Items Not Eligible for Return
- Opened software or digital downloads
- Personal care appliances (e.g., trimmers, shavers) that have been unsealed
- Custom-built PCs or modified products
- Items damaged due to power surges or improper usage
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, we will request your bank account details to process a bank transfer.
